  • GFA Electronics, a reseller of Nortel products will save you up to 35% on your current service contract.
  • Your service agreement covers you fully on all parts and labor.
  • Our staff of trained telephone technicians are on call 7 days a week.
  • We service the complete line of  Norstar telephones, phone systems, and voice mail.
  • Your GFA Electronics Services Agreement includes an annual on site technician visit at no charge.
  • No additional charge for over the telephone programming support.
  • We provide 2 hour major service call response and 8 hour minor service call response
    time with 90% of all service calls diagnosed and repaired remotely.
  • Your GFA Electronics service agreement will provide you with emergency on site service response.
  • We will not drop your service because you choose not to upgrade your system.
  • Please note: Moves (ie. re-location of sets), additional jacks or program changes (MAC) are not included in the maintenance agreement.

Why have maintenance on your telephone system?

  • Budget and Savings.  Maintenance helps a company budget its telephone operating costs. If a major failure occurs, the monthly maintenance plan would cover such an occurrence instead of a costly unplanned system failure.

  • Peace of Mind. Knowing that your system is covered can give assurance that if anything does happen to your system, it is covered and it will be back up and running smooth without costly repairs.

  • Faster Response Time. Preferred customer status gets you the fastest response time for service. If another call was received by a non maintenance customer the maintenance customer would receive priority handling.

  • Free Phone Support. Need help programming a phone? Call us and we´ll give you free over the phone support. Non maintenance customers are billed $50.00 for the first 30 minutes.

  • Free On Site Annual Tech Visit. GFA Electronics will provide an onsite tech visit to insure your system will stay running smooth.  The on site tech visit can point out potential problems and correct them. The on site tech visit is a $100.00 value.

Our 1 year service agreement rates are as follows:

  • $25.00 per phone set

  • $400.00 per telephone system

  • $350.00 per voicemail unit (non-hard drive)

  • $590.00 per voicemail unit (hard drive)

  • $1100.00 per Nortel BCM system

  • $160.00 per PRI digital line card

  • Minimum contract agreement is $350.00 per year.

  • Rates above are based on most phone systems.  Please call for exact pricing!
