Before Programming you should have a Norstar Programming Overlay, pictured below. When you program on a M7310 set, the top 4 buttons just below the LCD screen become the buttons for moving through the programming headings and settings. Programming buttons are active or inactive during different stages of Programming. A button becomes active (meaning you can use that option), when the indicator next to it is lit. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO US AND PROGRAM FROM THE SAME SET! Please move two phones close to each other, so you can talk on one and program from the other. We prefer to program using a M7310 phone.
